Who are we?

Lawyers and Economists oriented to facilitate the development of any activity on the Costa del Sol. Furthermore we count with collaborators that cover all other technical aspects: Architects, Technical Architects, Topographers, …

We are a team and each of our professionals counts with the support of the rest, contrasting opinions before we take decisions.

What do we do?

Although our firm operates under the banner of lawyers, our economic, fiscal and accounting services have the same importance for us as we have offered them to our valued clients from the beginning.

We deal and take care of all judicial matters. Certainly the primary activity on the Costa del Sol is Real Estate and in consequence we attend to each private individual's needs when buying or selling property, taking care of promoters, constructors and everyone involved in the process.

Yet, we reach even further and differentiate ourselves from the majority of lawyer offices on the Costa del Sol in that we are specialized in "urbanismo", town planning, an extremely difficult matter, which nowadays is vital in many occasions. Read more in the section Services and Specialities.

We dedicate an important part of our time to litigation matters. This allows us, not only to resolve these matters, but also to prevent them from occurring. We advise our clients with contracts and other proceedings, precisely to avoid any litigation matters.

Along this line of differentiation and complete service that we offer, we must emphasize that we are also specialized in criminal law.

Moreover we can mention our experience in complex corporate operations.

We cover the entire Costa del Sol, from Málaga to Algeciras. Therefore we chose our name to be, Costa del Sol Abogados.

What do we think?

Meaning what criteria we have? We are realists.

Being a realist implies to have a practical sense of things. For any specific case that rises we try to foresee all of the possibilities and inform our clients beforehand. Realism is not in conflict with enthusiasm; we give a 100% input.

We provide our clients with the most recent and reliable information in legal and economical fields in order to obtain the best results. Above all we pay attention to criteria of profitability.

We look for solutions and normally there is more than one, presenting them to the client who will then decide.

What do we want?

Although it sounds immodest we want our clients to have an excellent and complete service. We consider that this ambition is absolutely legitimate and will directly benefit our clients.
