ARBITRATION

Arbitration is a solution to the slowness of the Spanish Courts. The problem arises when there is a conflict and one of the parts acts in bad faith thus hampering the progress of the arbitration requested and delaying even more to finally finish before the High Court. Therefore now we appoint an already existing Arbitration Court and abandon the formula of arbitration designated by the parties, which is what we used to do.

An Arbitration Court exists in Málaga. Why not create one in Marbella? Or even in Estepona or Mijas? This matter would surpass the limits of its exposure.
